• Exploration - Freely roam around the Lantarna mainland while enjoying battles and gathering materials! In addition, players might find rare accessories known as “Starpearls” by opening treasure chests or defeating mighty opponents. Explore the dimensional paths in search of higher-quality synthesis ingredients and Starpearls!
• Battles - Enjoy strategic timeline command battles! By linking the Gift Colors of ingredients, their traits will be carried over to the finished product. Players can also unlock new recipes by adding specific ingredients to certain recipes. Additionally, each recipe has three arrangement slots where extra ingredients can be added, boosting the effects of the finished product. Players might even be able to discover new ways to synthesize by using the “Catalyst Ingredients” found within the dimensional paths!
• Town Development Shop Management - Sell items created through synthesis or found while exploring! Help boost the town's restoration activities by selling a variety of items, and then invest the profits and resources earned from the shop to develop the town further. As the town starts to bustle once again, reference books containing new synthesis recipes will be made available, and the story will develop!

NIS America and Gust team up to once again offer North American gamers alchemy-based RPG action in Atelier Ayesha: The Alchemist of Dusk. Set in a world that no longer values alchemy, The Alchemist of Dusk stars a lonely girl named Ayesha Altugle who struggles to keep her herbalist workshop open after her grandfather dies and her little sister Nio disappears. But when Ayesha sees someone who looks like Nio walking through ruins one day, she decides her sister must still be alive and goes on a quest to find her.<br><br>Much of the gameplay focuses on Ayesha's ability to harvest or purchase hundreds of different ingredients that she can then combine into useful potions, weapons, or other items. Players are free to move around the 3D cities and shop at stores, recruit party members, and accept quests for the townsfolk. The overhead-view world map finds gamers traveling along a fixed path to various wilderness locations where they can once again move freely to harvest ingredients or engage in combat.
